The Mothership Crew Takes a Needed Break!
It's been about 54 years since we've taken a vacation break. Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration, but it sure feels like it! So next week, 8/9/04 - 8/13/04, the entire Mothership crew is going on a cruise! Or camping...or something like that. Maybe we'll just sit around in our underwear watching Columbo reruns. Vintage Apple News, and the rest of The Mothership probably won't be updated next week, unless we go crazy from the inactivity. Play nice while we're gone!

XPostFacto 3.0b8
XPostFacto 3.0b8 is a utility which helps to install and boot Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, and Darwin on certain unsupported systems. It works with desktop Macs back to the 7300, and PowerBooks such as the 2400 and 3400. Give it a try, and maybe your older maching can experience the happy goodness that is OS X!
